THERE were no reports of flooding on Thursday, despite rain falling in many parts of Singapore for most of the day.
But with heavy rainstorms forecast for the next few days, the authorities are bracing themselves for floods over the weekend.

Insurance costs may rise with flood waters

UNDERWRITERS are reviewing their risk exposure for properties in flood-prone areas here, and people living in or owning these properties could pay more for general insurance in future.

Neithier do they need to send their dogs to pick you up at 4 a.m anymore.

All they need to do is to send you an e-mail, thru an e-mail box provided to every Sinkie by them, to ask you to report to them!
