Absolutely agree that there is no comparison between LO and CS. I am actually not passing judgement on the extramarital affair either as I have seen these things occur right across the spectrum, many of them decent people.
Its the taking of state salary and doing the bidding of the PAP that I am dead against. It is not only LO but all the way to Yam Ah Mee.
I also take great exception to the fact that PA threw her under the bus while Palmer on the other hand was given the opportunity to come out as "honourable". I cannot recall a single instance in the past where an employer readily revealed the identity of its staff where an extra marital affair was involved. This is what happens when you deal with unprincipled people and an organisation that has become rogue.
I sincerely hope that staff of PA realise what they are doing is morally wrong.
By the way, my parents would have killed themselves if I worked for PA and if WP was the govt in power and they did the same thing as what PAP is doing using state funds. Just as my parents would kill themselves if I was arrested for stealing. As to having an extramarital affair, I probably would have a earful followed by sustained period of nagging.
